Your symptoms typical for
acute appendicitis. You should undergo further examinations.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for using HCM.
Appendicitis signs and symptoms include : intense pain at the right lower quadrant of abdomen, nausea,
vomiting,
high fever and
malaise. As you see, your symptoms are not specific for an acute appendicitis. They look like, to be more related to the stomach. That's why you need to undergo a fibrogastroscopy.
Eventhough, to exclude definitively appendicitis as the possible cause of your pain, you should undergo an abdominal
ultrasound exam, and you should make a full blood count. In case of appendicitis the full blood count shows elevated level of white blood cells, meanwhile the abdominal ecography shoes a typical lesion so called "target sign".
Meanwhile , don't use spicy food, fried food, tomato, olive, lemon, etc.
You should not smoke or drink alcohol.
You can take Omeprazol (Biocid) 20 mg , 30 minutes before breakfast, each day, till you receive the results of the examinations mentioned above.
Hope this is helpful.
