Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi, I have severe asthma that causes me to cough. I have also had a severe cold/flu that has made me cough severely and much more than normal. I have inserted a tampon but every time I cough it moves into a position like it is coming out and is a bit painful. Could it be that I have a bladder prolapse? Cheers
Some of the symptoms of a bladder prolapse are: Discomfort or pain in the pelvis. Tissue protruding from the vagina (The tissue may be tender and may bleed.) Difficulty urinating. A feeling that the bladder is not empty immediately after urinating.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi,
General & Family Physician
