Hi,

You need to have baseline blood work up starting from blood counts to inflammatory markers like ESR and CRP. Peripheral blood films to rule out any atypical blood cells for any blood proliferation disorders should be done. LDH, alkaline phosphatase as well as calcium may be needed for any blood related malignancy. Serum electrolytes and sugar levels as well as cortisol and thyroid profile may be needed. No conclusive evidence of any cancer is present at this moment so broadly work up can help to narrow down between endocrine, infectious, or cancer related cause of these symptoms.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
