hi, i did a hvs test. the culture says i have moderate growth of coliform bacilli isolated and the miocroscopy says pus cells 0-2/hpf, epit cells ++ and yeast cells +++. please what does this mean? also i did a urine test and the culture shows heavy growth of coliform bacilli isolated and microscopy show 2-3/hpf pus cells, epith cells +. please what do i have, candida, Urinary tract infection or both?

You have candida infection and bacterial infection both. It is not necessary that many pus cells should be there.
You have to take antibiotics treatment according to drug sensitivity test. Drugs like levofloxacin and ketoconazole or fluconazole are helpful.
