Dear Friend,
I have gone through your history and do appreciate your worry, it is but natural.
The classic feature of
cervical cancer is bleeding after the intercourse. However, this bleeding is most of the time painless when the lesion is restricted to the
cervix only. The cauliflower type cervical cancerous growth is very friable and hence gets disturbed during intercourse causing bleeding. When infection or inflammation sets in the pain may appear.
Considering your young age, I would have excluded the possibility of cervical cancer, however, you have a history of leep for cancer cells at the age of 17 years. Hence, the possibility of cervical cancer should be considered.
Since, there is a pain factor, secondary infection and/or inflammation of pelvic tissue also may be considered. Any swelling of the cervix is referred to low back.
I would advise you to report to your Gynaecologist, get thoroughly examined vaginally and otherwise also, undergo the investigations including cervical
biopsy and
ultrasonography. This will clinch the diagnosis and precise management may be planned accordingly.
I hope you take my advice seriously.
