What Are The Symptoms Of Colon Cancer?

I have a question. I ve been a little tired, along with some discomfort on both sides of my body- down where my stomach is (my stomach doesn t hurt, but around that same area on both sides, there is some discomfort), as well as I ve only been able to poop after a long period of sitting on the toilet for like an hour- more or less, I don t have that urging feeling to poop anymore, like when you have to go pee even though I still can go poop, and I ve had diarrhea/loose poop for more than a year, but I think that that has stopped now. Are any of these signs of cancer?

Colon cancer most present with bleeding in thr feces which fortunately you font have. Other symptoms are weakness and anemia i.e. decrease in blood cells. The condition you are suffering for last one year appears to me as inflammatory bowel disease or ulcerative colitis. But details you have given are scanty.
