What Are The Symptoms Of Concussion?

At 5 am a loud crash woke me up. I called for my husband but he was no longer in bed with me. i yelled again for him, no response. I quickly sat up and I saw his feet on the floor in out bedroom doorway. I rushed to him and he was still breathing and stuff. It took me a full 15 min to get him up. He was very confused and did not know where he was. He was complaining that his stomach was upset and his nose hurt. (probably from falling, he was face down on the kitchen floor) I got him some ice and helped him back to bed. thinking back to it now i feel that i should of brought him to the ER. should i still bring him today its 11:30. He is still sleeping but i have been waking him every 2 hours worried about concussion.

Let me answer your query.

First, You have not told how he fell down.
Did he become unconscious and then fall
or
Did he slip and fall and became unconscious after the fall

This question is important because, we can call this as concussion only if he has fallen down and then become unconscious

But
Had he become unconscious first and then fallen down as a result of his unconsciousness, this might well be a stroke in evolution
