What Are The Symptoms Of Constipation?

My Stomach is not working properly since one week. In the morning I am spending long time in the toilet but not satisfied after that, feel like everything is Jam inside the stomach.
Today I got "Omeprazole 20 mg Gastro" from my doctor. Its good for this problem or not?
