soles of my feet constantly feel bruised. for two weeks now. never happened before. am on my feet alot at work but like i said this has never happened before. could it be my shoes? is this a diabetes symptom? I am 5 8 205. age 32. no serious medical history just broken bones but some diabetes in family history
Hello, It could be tight fitting shoe or due to VIT B12 deficiency or uncontrolled diabetes. Symptoms of diabetes include increased thirst,increased appetite,increased urination and extreme weakness. You must get fasting and PP blood sugar estimation done along with VIT B12 estimation to know the exact cause and then plan the treatment accordingly. Thanks
