What Are The Symptoms Of Eczema?
There is dry, flakey, skin where my butt cheeks meet. It doesn t itch or hurt, its just unsightly. I ve been using coco butter, but I just switched to hydrocortisone. I ve recently been checked for STDs & everything is all good. I ve only ever had one sex partner. Is it eczema? Does it sound like something bad?

Your symptoms seem to be related to eczema. Some of the common symptoms of eczema can be :
-itching.
-red bumps that may ooze, drain, or crust.
-scaly, raw, or thickened skin
-dry, red, or rough skin.
Inflammation. I suggest you continue the application of steroids cream and use antihistamines in case of it itching.
