What Are The Symptoms Of Encephalopathy?

I ve been having this bad headache since October 2013. My doc referred me to neurologist, who said it a migraine. From what I ve read about migraine, it doesn t fit the description of my symptoms and the medications-Imitrex and Nortriptyline, did not help me in anyway. I have tried Aleve 400mg, Excederin, and extra strength tylenol; none seems to help. My head pounds all the time, and it s worst at night when I lay down. Is this encephalopathy or what? flo

I really appreciate your concern, migraine is functional disease more or less it has got some functional elements so patient goes on thinking some weird and that cause the headache, so try to control your thought, forget about the encephalopathy, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
