What Are The Symptoms Of Epididymitis?

Hey there I ve been with my partner 9 years we both had chlamydia at 1st so we both got treated....so 3 years ago she got pregnant an had a prenatal test an it came back clear does it mean I m clean aswell we had heaps of unprotected sex hence our child an now I have epididymitis I get my results for chlamydia tomorrow I ve been clean if it comes back positive does that mean she s been unfaithful I can t afford to pay but if you can email YYYY@YYYY for free I would appreciate that an what other reasons would I have epididymitis

Hello dear
understand your concern.
Please note the symptoms of epididymitis.
Swelling and pain in scrotum
Pain during urination
Lower back pain
Some time fever and malaise in chronic case.

Cause are below:
Urinary tract infection may cause epididymitis most common by bacteria like e coli, gonorrhea
Chlamydia in sexual active men
Urinary catheterization and prostate surgery
Drug reaction like amiodarone

consult the doctor and Test used for diagnosis
Blood: CBC, ESR
Urine culture and microscopy
USG
PCR and nucleic acid amplification from urethral discharge

Treatment :
Antibiotics: azithromycin or doxycycline
Ibuprufen
Elevation of scrotum by support
Cold pad application
In severe case: removal apididymis by surgery
