Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Food poisoning would generally affect gastrointestinal system.
Food poisoning symptoms may include abdominal cramps, nausea, vomiting or diarrhea.
You need to take antiemetic medication like Domperidone to overcome nausea and vomiting. You may need anti-diarrheal medications like a course of Ofloxacin with Ornidazole, if associated with abdominal cramps and diarrhea.
Kindly consult Physician in this regard for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.
Hope the information provided helps.
All the best.
Regards,
Dr.Ashakiran.S
