What Are The Symptoms Of Hand, foot And Mouth Disease In An Infant?

Took my 17 month old son to urgent care thursday. Diagnosed with hand foot and mouth. I have not seen any blisters on hands or feet, but am unable to look in his mouth and check. He refuses to eat. We try all his favorites and cold items and still will take a bite and spit it out. Could this mean he has sores in his mouth that we cannot see? Should I be concerned over not eating? He is hydrated. The only thing he is taking is his milk.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if you are just worried about the eating so it is noting to worry, because it is just 17 month old, and if you want really want to clear the doubt then to see the pediatrician it is the best option you have, else it is nothing to worry hope this information helps.
