Hi ... i have this pimple on my ass .. its near the anus hole but i am tensed that if it is a hemorhoid .. and can you tell me how to cure it ... its not that big but like some kind of pimple that a person has ... and dosent hurt much cause i noticed it today ... and is not itchy at all but still hurts like a random pimple does.. is it a pimple or a hemorhoid?

it is external piles. for confirm diagnosis local examination is requered. treatmet is to take sitzbath, apply proctosedylointmentlocaly. cremafin can betaken atbedtime.
