I have PCOS and have recently lost 20 lbs. I'm not sure if I ovulated this past month, but I've been having light spotting over the past few weeks and for the past few days I've had breast tenderness and pain that radiates to my armpits off and on. I also have had nausea at night that lasts into the morning. I've taken a few pregnancy tests and have gotten extremely faint lines. I'm almost sure they are just evap lines because I can't look at them and know they are positive. Digital tests show negative. Could this just be hormone fluctuations? I'm seeing my GYN next week.
