What Are The Symptoms Of Increased SGOT And SGPT Levels?

Is there any symptoms in case of increased SGOT and SGPT. I am taking drugs for treatment of TB since three weeks. Today I got tested for LFT and found that level of SGT and SGPT is higher then the normal value. What it indicates, should I stop taking medication or lower the dose or what.

anti tubercular medicines derange liver function. we need to change the drugs if SGOT and SGPT are elevated by 3times more
