hi my son has ITP, he has this bump on his right temple he just woke up complaining of pain in that region. it looked like a mosquito bite in the afternoon. i am worried about him bleeding internally, What are the symptoms of internal bleeding in head? Thanks for ur quick reply

The symptoms of internal bleeding in the head includes headache, nausea, vomiting, dizziness and confusion. If there is a possibility that he hit his head while sleeping then please take him to the hospital for ct scan.
