What Are The Symptoms Of Kidney Stones? Taking Cranberry Tablets. Other Ways To Prevent Them?
ok thanks alott Doc's..... I am a somewhat healthy 38 year, soon to be 39! PUSHING 40 also am a paraplegic for close to 6 years...... I am kinda worried about Gall / kidney stones.... what are the symptoms of kidney stones ? are there warning signs ( red flags) ?????? I also would like to know how to prevent them as i have to intermittently catheterize myself, and don't know if i could PASS or even FEEL that i had / have them! I do however take these concentrated Cranberry tablets hoping to not have the problem! is there some way to prevent from getting them ? Sorry for asking so many questions ! But I've had enough problems over the last 6 years! I would be very impressed if you could answer these questions ! Thank you very much!

There are chances of urinary tract infection after recurrent catheterization.
Symptoms of stone :
severe back pain shifting to abdomen on related side,
Difficulty,burning in passing of urine,
Red color urine,vomiting.
Drink more water and other liquids.
Regular follow up for urine test and usg abdomen.
Keep in touch with your doctor.

No you can not prevent the kidney stone or gallbladder stone if it is going to happen, in both of these conditions abdominal pain very much vague in nature, with discomfort, vomiting nausea, radiating abdominal pain moderate to severe in intensity, but the best way to come on conclusion is imaging study, either x-ray or sonography,,, but you do not worry about it have positive thinking always, do not let the negative thinking be affected upon you, take good care of your self bye
