What Are The Symptoms Of Lung Cancer?
Sir, my father has undergone body PETCT SCAN AND MULTIPLE fdg avid discrete sub pleural and parenchymal rounded pulmonary nodule of varying sizes are noted in both lungs and largest is having dimension of 1.2 x 1.0x 1.6 cm. in size...rest body has no signs....pl. help me to suggest that is it cancer of lungs?

Hello dear. I have gone through the details. A definite diagnosis of cancer can only be made by biopsy and tissue diagnosis. It may be a primary cancer of lung or a spread of cancer to lung with primary lesion anywhere else in body or it may be some fungal infections or tuberculosis. So confirmation bill be by biopsy only. Hope you understand.
