You are 45 and hence at perimenopausal phase. You are experiencing perimenopausal symptoms. You will experience symptoms like hot flashes, low sex drive,
vaginal dryness, mood swings,
fatigue, trouble sleeping, mood swings, etc. During perimenopause stage, your cycles will become irregular, but you will continue to get periods. Menopause is when you'll have your final (last) menstrual period.
Since you are in your perimenopausal phase you are suggested to include calcium,
magnesium, iron, vitamin B6, B12 and E in your diet. You can also take supplements. Use vaginal lubricants to be comfortable during sex. Get a complete medical check up done to ensure your fitness, if any pathology is detected you will be treated accordingly.
