What Are The Symptoms Of Menopause?

MY doctor says all my blood test show I have gone through menopause. I am 55. In this last week, I m having breast tenderness, hard nipples, and today I ve started bleeding. Is this normal? I wore a Miridan IUD for years and the doctor took it out last summer.
