What Are The Symptoms Of Nerve Damage?
My hands shake a lot, not like a seizer but enough to notice. Also when I am cold, only the last two fingers on both of my hands turn blue. Could it be from playing volleyball, or from typing? Could I have nerve damage from getting shocked from an electric fence?

In My opinion, in the given situation you seem to suffer from-undetected / undiagnosed-PD(Parkinson's disease)with TOS(Thorasic Outlet Syndrome)-V(Vascular).
Other cause of such complaints-like Scalenus anticus Syndrome/ or Extra rib / with Compressed Axillary Vessels(arterial) needs to be ruled out by consults with Vascular and Chest Surgeon.
Consults with Neurophysician would resolve neural shock factor in your case.
Playing volley ball and or typing seems to aggravate your complaints.
CT Chest and neck and Consults with Vascular Surgeon would resolve the health issues you have.
Next appointment-
After 2 weeks to review treatment for existing left colitis with Gastric problem .
