i have suffered from eczema since birth. I live in southern california and am exposed to the dry windy weather. this is when my eczema flares up. I currently have some on my upper arms, inner elbows, and thighs bilaterally. However, this is the first time in a long time that I have it on my areola and nipples with peeling skin of the nipples. Extremely itchy too! Should I be concerned about Paget's disease or what to see if it heals normally with the OTC 1% Hydorcortisone cream?
