What are the symptoms of pancreatitis ? Through a cat scan a couple years it showed I had had it before. The only thing I could think of was the pain I would have on my left side that lasted days, but Drs in the 80 s tested kidney problems that always came back neg

there are no specific feature to diagnose pancreatitis . we need to correlate the clinical finding with lab investigation . it usually present with sever epigastric pain may radiate to back . pain may be associated with vomiting . it usually occur after meal. Serum amylase and lipase level are found raised .CT scan of abdomen can be done to find out the inflammed pancrease .
I suggest you to consult a good gastroenterologist and evaluate completely .
