Dear sir i can understand your concern. The symptoms of diabetes are 1.loss of weight 2.increased urination and thirst. 3.non healing wounds. 4.recurrent infections like balanoposthitis. 5.feeling tired 6.increase hunger.
in very early stage of diabetes There will be insulin resistance. This insulin resistance causes mismatch between insulin release and glucose absorption. this phenomenon will give raise to condition called reactive hypoglycemia. Due to this some patients will experience dizziness and tiredness after meal. I suggest you to see a doc and go for GTT and Hba1c% testing this two test are sufficient to make a diagnosis of diabetes. regards Dr vamsi Diabetologist
