hey i havent had a period in two months have lower right stomach pain on and off toke a pregnancy test two months ago it was negative havent toke one since. my breast are tender and im so tired i cant even move all day ive giving birth before but i honeslty cant remeber how i felt when i first got pregnant. can anyone help?

The first sign of pregnancy is missed period..
then urine pregnancy test will be positive..
1 to 2 weeks later you might have morning sickness, mood changes , irritability sometimes. .
These are the early signs.. Rest will appear after 12 weeks..
