What Are The Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

I am 36 years old and Mother of two. I have irregular menses cycle. As I am trying for my next baby, I was in clomid for past five months. The cycle came to 30 days.. then This month I stopped taking the clomid..and now on my day 43.. there is no symptom now but previously I felt back ache at my lower abdomen and felt nausea and now I got flu. Last week my heart beat was 72 bpm and when I check today it was 82 bpm. Two days before when I check for pregnancy it was bfn Now I am waiting for my menses to come as I let some brown discharge. Is there hope for pregnancy?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advise.

Pregnancy confirmation by urine pregnancy kit gives positive results only after 2-3 weeks of successful implantation of embryo in uterus.'
So do the test after this period.
Clomid is used to induce ovulation in women with anovulatory cycles for example disease like polycystic ovarian disease etc.
Although you are having nausea and amenorrhoea, pregnancy should be confirmed by USG abdomen only.
So consult gynecologist.
