Hello, If you have always had regular cycles, the first thing would be a missed period. You may have weakness, dizziness, sleepiness, nausea, bloating, metallic taste in the mouth, cramping pains at times in the lower abdomen, breast tenderness and sometimes discharge, spotting at about the time of the expected period and increased bladder frequency later on. You can test with a HPT 3-7 days after the missed period. If positive and if you do not wish to retain the pregnancy, you can see a specialist and ask for an induced medical abortion which can be done after a sonogram under medical surveillance.
