General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Welcome to HCM.

Following are the symptoms of pulmonary tuberculosis:

Evening rise of temperature with sweating, loss of appetite and weight, cough with or without sputum, sometimes associated with blood in the sputum, chest pain which may increase during coughing or sneezing, rapid breathing or shortness of breath, fatigue, weakness, etc.

The features described in your problem could be due to allergy of the airways in absence of the symptoms listed above.

I would advise you to consult a doctor/pulmonologist for proper clinical examination and relevant lab tests like CBC, ESR, Chest X rays, Sputum (if possible) for acid fast bacilli to rule out TB.

Hope the suggestions given above could be useful to you in getting the treatment.
