Fast heart beat , called as tachycardia can be due to number of reasons like exercise, anxiety,stress , heart disease or any thyroid disease etc... So symptoms depends with what this tachycardia is associated. Suppose it is due to heart problem then there will be sweating, chest pain etc...,
if its due to stress or anxiety there will be hyperventilation , restlessness etc...
