What Are The Symptoms Of Recurrence Of Bipolar Disorder?

hi my friend diagnosed with bipolar disorder after she felt ok she tried to study in university and she did well in first two semester and she lost weigh and got fit and happy but thee days she is strange always angry about her husband and life and says her husband playing her mind and wants to make her sick again,is it possible, she thinks she heard something that her husband says he didnt say?or if all her talks about her sever life is right or maybe related to her illness and her thoughts and may not be true?i dont know if she is cured or her husband makes her life so difficult and try to make her sick again!

I think ur friend has psychosis rather than bipolar disorder. as she says "her husband playing her mind and wants to make her sick again" this is towards delusion of control which is feature of schizophrenia. "she heard something that her husband says" is auditory hallucination. Irritability in mood is common in both bipolar and psychosis. In bipolar patient could have these symptoms, but in that case diagnosis would be schizoaffective disorder. i think u should consult a psychiatrist for diagnosis and further treatment.
