Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

In my opinion, the symptoms of hearing voices, in terms of several voices discussing the patient among themselves are:

-Voices giving commands
-Having fixed beliefs
-Have attentional impairment
-Difficulty planning activities
-Withdrawn behavior
-And sometimes incoherent speech

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Gayathri
