What Are The Symptoms Of Shellfish Allergy?

What are the symptoms of shellfish allergy? I awoke chilled with uncontrollable shivering & shaking to the point Iwas having a hard time speaking. I take plavix & baby aspirin per my cardiologist. I had a large lunch of steamed clams & mussels prior to this issue arising. Once I was able to warm up these symptoms went away. We are visiting cool/humid Washington from hot/dry AZ . Thanks for your insight,
