General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
This is Dr.Klarida Papaqako answering your question.

Swine flu symptoms are those of a common flu, but little more severe in complications. Runny nose, sore throat, fever and cough for 5-7 days. In elder people, children or those with chronic problems it may also cause shortness of breath or chest pain if pneumonia start to show as a complication, or other symptoms accordingly.

It is almost impissible for the infection to spread in the moment, because every virus has a time to start multiplying in people bodys, so in general it needs some time for symptoms to start if you have spread the infection.
The fact that the tuberculosis labs have resulted negative means that you don't have it, so you can not spread it.

Hope it helps.
Take care.
