What Are The Symptoms Of Teething?

My 18 months old son is running low fever around 100 for two days? He is active and seems fine. He also has been pooping 3times a day which is not normal. He is pretty schedule with his poop once a day. The poop is solid and black/brown color. Is it teething or should bring him to see his ped?
