What Are The Symptoms Of Urinary Incontinence?

I m 24 years old, I think I m experiencing urinary incontinence, no pain when urinating, no signs of uti or anything like that. I just leak after I urinate, what do I do. And I happens when pressure is applied to my bladder, when I sit down, get up, etc
