In case of minor urinary infection
- uneasiness of urination
- minor burning
- vague pelvic discomfort
In moderate urinary infection
- recurrent passage of urination
- fever of varying degree
- body ache
- with or without vomiting, abdomen pain
In severe urinary infection
- significant dysuria
- high grade fever
- bleeding per urethra
- anorexia
- altered mental status in case of sepsis
- high blood urea nitrogen and creatinine when renal function is deteriorated.
