58 year old male with two days of low grade fever, hoarse voice, joint pain including tendinitis of the elbow and toe, one day(yesterday) of chest pain, could this be viral pnemonia? Came back last week from a trip to India and was mildly congested then
All these symptoms can be due to a viral infection but do not look like a pneumonia. Viral infections usually get cured on its own. Just take plenty of fluids and adequate rest.
