What Are The Symptoms Of Vitamim B Deficiency?

Hello. I have a question for you please. I am wondering if perhaps I am deficient in Vitamin B or maybe my adrenals are in fatigue. Everyday around 12:00, I get beyond tired. My eyes begin to cross and it's even as if I can't get my words out because of being so tired. I can even doze off while teaching my class. Also, no matter how much water I drink, I still feel so thirsty. Thank you for your help.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to health care magic...

Here anemia due to iron deficiency or B12 deficiency should be ruled out first ..
Than if needed hypothyroidism and diabetes needs to be ruled out if needed ..

For these following investigation useful....
1.Peripheral blood smear examination
2.CBC
3.Serum TSH and T4
4.Serum b12 estimation
5.RBS if needed

for these blood collected in 1 EDTA , 1 fluoride and 1 plain vaccute

If any report abnormal treatment specific to that given...

If still cause not clear than detail history and examination done and HIV like higher causes needs to be ruled out

Take care

Physician consultation for examination
