i was diagnosed 3years ago with a sudden outbreak hands up to forearms feet to lower leg...was wrapped many times used variety of topicals and was rid of it other than an old scar on top left foot that became ulcerated and some other types now flared up as if theyre warts....im always enemic and this whatever it is is going out of control and va will not help they say without seeing it its liecnoid returned IT IS NOT whaT TO DO?
