Suggest Treatment For Premenstrual Syndrome Symptoms

Hello.I am 46, I discontinued BCP in Apríl and did not have a period for over 7 months. I experienced typical menopausal symptoms, whiCh passed after several months; my mother also experienced menopause at age of45. After getting my period after 7 months, I visíted my gyn who examined me, Did an Uultrasound and administered mě an injection (I assume progesterone in oil as I live in Európe) and was told to wait 10 to 14 days. Typical PMS symptoms for at least 5 days, today is day 15 and nothing. Advice? Thank you in advance

Hi,

First, menopause needs a confirmation by doing an FSH and LH test, a USG of abdomen. Even primrose oil may be helpful.
