What Are The Test To Done If Had Unprotected Sex?
Hello Dr, I had a sexual exposure with a CSW on 04/july. Both Veginal (without a condom) and Oral. Later I got developed Herpes on my Penis (skin suface) which was cured by taking Valacyclovir tablets, Mean while I got developed prolonged fever for about 20 days. But 15 days after exposure I underwent a PCR test, which was negative. Please suggest any further test and clinics for the test in Bangalore.

if u are searching a test for HIV
than 1st and early result can obtain from P24 antigen study
ELISA and PCR comes later after certain incubation periods
but both are confirmatory test
so p24 antigen study result shows after 21 days
ELISA and PCR are not showing in 15 days
but use protection whenever is necessary
does she have HIV???
if no than no chance to get infection
use protection and be safe
