I have had left breast, chest wall, left arm and armpit pain and left upper side and back pain for 3 weeks. I went to my OBGYN and had a breast sonogram done and heard yesterday it was normal. He seems to think I might have shingles without blisters?? gave me Valtrex 1gm 3 times a day but I havent started them yet. Back in the summer I was diagnosed with severe fibromylgia so could this also be fibromylgia or Im scared it my be inflammatory breast cancer even tho the OBGYN said he didnt think so. Plus I have acid reflux so bad I take Nexium daily and still burp up bitter acid liquid. Please help clean my mind on what might be the problem
No, I don't think that it can be pregnancy. If your urine pregnancy test is negative then there is nothing much to worry about. I would suggest you to do a hormonal test like thyroid profile and prolactin test as hormonal irregularities can lead to these symptoms.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
