What Are The Treatment Required According To The Following Semen Analysis Report?

hi, My semen analysis report says, volume 3ml, Ph 7.8, morphology 60%, motility 50% (rapid linear 10%, slow linear 25%, non-progressive 15%, immotile 50%), concentration 60, viability N.A, WBC s: few, Agglutination: No, is it normal or i need treatment to become a father. waiting for a quick reply. thanks

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Based on the semen analysis report you have enclosed, the following things can b inferred.
1. Physical parameters like volume and pH are normal.
2. Sperm motility is acceptable but percentage of rapid motile sperms is little less.
3. Sperm morphology with 60% and sperm concentration of 60 is good.
Your fertility index seems to be fairly good. Kindly take medications for a month containing L-carnitine, Aplha Lipoic acid, CoQ10, Lecithin, Vitamin E, Selenium and Zinc, which could help you in this regard. Repeat the semen analysis after a month to look for the improvement.
