What Are The Treatments For Acne Which Does Not Have Any Side Effects?

Hi I have been taking dianette for acnesfir around 10 years I want to come off it due to the risks of prolonged use so was wondering was there an alternative treatment for my acnes which seems to be hormone based I had tried Yasmin before without success

Hi,

I can understand your concern for pimples on your face. Acne or pimples are youth related problem and is not a disease per say.

A gel containing clindamycin phosphate 1.2% w/w and tretinoin gel can be very helpful to you for long term. The only precaution you should follow is to apply the cream in very thin layer and that too over affected area only.

In your kind of acne the best treatment is by isotretinoin capsules under strict dermatological supervision only.

Take a proper guidance and follow up with a good dermatologist so that all the problem of acne can be dealt best for future time.
