What Are The Treatments For Aspiration And Heavy Chest?

About 1 month ago, I aspirated a piece of macaroni into my lungs. It happened late in the evening and after coughing terribly for about 1/2 hr, I went to sleep. When I woke in the morning, I was wheezing badly and had trouble breathing. I went to the hospital, had a bronchoscopy, and did, in fact, aspirate. I am having a similar problem tonight, having eaten rice and peas, I started gagging and coughing a lot and brought up some food, but it has stopped. While sitting, I have some heaviness in the chest and when I walk or talk, I start coughing again. Should I go back to the hospital? I live alone. Thank you.
