What Are The Treatments For Pain In Foot, Swelling And Scratching Between Big Toe And First Finger?

have pain in both my right foot and left foot (minor) near the ball of my big toe. Constantly feels swollen, and feels scratchy between big toe and first toe of tight foot. Have received cortisone shots into nerves between toes,but this did not help. Symptoms have persisted approx. 6 months.

thanks for writting to us.how is your serum uric acid ?if it is raised along with the symtoms you have,it looks you could be having gouty arthritis.my advice would be cold fomentation,rest,tab.ibuprofen.
