Respected Sir i am 28 years old guy, unmarried, my problem is that i have noticed that foreskin of my penis has turned almost white and i am suffering from notrocural emmissions at nighat after every 3 days since last 10 years kindly suggest me way out

The colour of your foreskin has changed to white
.
This is termed as Ballanitis Xerotica Obliterance (B.X.O)

This is chronic, progressive, sclerosing inflammatory dermatosis of unclear etiology. and may lead to Phimosis (Tightning of Foreskin).

Please consult qualified Urologist or General surgeon for clinical examination and to confirm the diagnosis.

You need to get circumcised under local anaesthesia.
