What Are The Uses And Side Effects Of Loestrin 24 Fe?

I am on Loestrin 24 E and have been for 4 months now. I have not had a real period. The first few months I spotted and had breakthrough bleeding and this month I had no break through bleeding and I am currently on the inactive pills and have no period. My discharge however is reddish at times these past few days and i did experience cramps on the first day. but that is it. is this normal??
